1. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Missing item in the package
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Unboxing Video Required
A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or refund claim.
The video must:
Start before opening the package
Clearly show the package label
Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used jewellery
Damaged products caused after delivery
Products without original packaging
Change of mind or personal preference cases
Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through:
Original payment method
or
Bank transfer/UPI (if applicable)

5. Exchange Policy
If your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after verification and product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Return Shipping
In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, return shipping charges may be covered by Akoshvi Jewels.
For all other cases, customers may need to bear the shipping charges.
